Jeffrey E. Erb earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 2006 and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a minor in Geology. After law school, Mr. Erb spent two years at the Colorado Court of Appeals as a law clerk for the Hon. Diana Terry. Since his arrival at Seter & Vander Wall in 2010, Mr. Erb has focused his practice on the representation of local governments and quasi-municipal entities; including their formation, financing, development and day-to-day operation. Mr. Erb also provides litigation representation to local governments and private entities through all stages of the trial and appeal process including disputes over the scope of governmental power, public-private contract interpretation, and public projects.
