Brittany Clark is an associate at Lee Murphy law Firm, G.P. Currently, she concentrates her practice on products liability with an emphasis in pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices, mass tort and personal injury litigation.
Brittany was born and raised in Burelson, Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University before graduating Cum Laude with her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Prior to joining Lee Murphy Law Firm, G.P., Brittany worked with James Lee, Jr. as an associate at Clark, Burnett, Love & Lee, G.P., where she gained experience representing clients with pharmaceutical drug & medical device claims. In addition, she also has past experience in family law, estate planning, and first-party insurance and probate litigation, as well as representing clients with bad faith insurance claims against their insurance companies for wrongfully denied claims resulting from Hurricane Ike.
