O'Neal, James E

Mr. O'Neill is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department and is a member of the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group.  His practice includes complex insurance coverage, bad faith and commercial litigation.  Mr. O'Neill has represented insurers in significant cases involving underlying claims alleging environmental pollution and exposure to asbestos and other hazardous substances.  Mr. O'Neill also has significant experience handling professional liability matters on behalf of architects and engineers.

Mr. O'Neill received his B.S. from the State University of New York, College at Oswego, in 1996, and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1999.  He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
