Toni Citera is a commercial litigator with a broad range of experience in civil litigation, criminal litigation, and in counseling clients in connection with government investigations and compliance issues. Toni has litigated cases in state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation, class actions, and matters involving the False Claims Act, RICO, false statements, wire fraud, mail fraud, common law fraud, breach of contract, sexual harassment, retaliation, preference actions, and other general commercial matters.

For the last 10 years, Toni has participated significantly in the Firm's ongoing representation of pharmaceutical clients in connection with U.S. Department of Justice and state attorney general investigations and related litigation under the False Claims Act, consumer fraud acts, and other fraud-based claims related to the pricing, marketing, and sale of pharmaceuticals as well as the Medicare and Medicaid programs. She also has represented these same clients in connection with multidistrict and consumer class actions. In addition, Toni advises pharmaceutical companies on compliance issues related to pricing, marketing, and the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Toni has coauthored articles related to pharmaceutical compliance issues and has been invited to speak about her work in the pharmaceutical industry.
