Marcello A. Cirigliano, a lifelong resident of Orange County, joined Blustein, Shapiro, Rich & Barone, LLP in February of 2013. Marcello received his B.S. in Marketing from Villanova University and his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Marcello was admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey in 2006.
Following his graduation from law school, Marcello was a partner with the firm of Nicosia & Cirigliano where he practiced in residential real estate, collections and criminal defense. Immediately prior to joining Blustein, Shapiro, Rich & Barone, LLP, Marcello served as an Assistant District Attorney for five years in the office of the Orange County District Attorney. In his career as an A.D.A., Marcello had the opportunity to prosecute a wide array of cases, including driving while intoxicated, grand larceny, weapons possession, assault and burglary. As a member of the Special Victims Unit, Marcello was responsible for the prosecution of felony cases that were related to domestic violence and sex crimes.
Marcello currently lives in Goshen with his wife and his son. He focuses his practice in Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Commercial and Residential Transactions, Family Law and General Litigation.
