Harold Emelander concentrates his practice on civil litigation in state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida as well as all Florida and Michigan State Courts. Mr. Emelander has practiced in areas such as insurance defense, products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, employment litigation, business torts, contractual disputes, non-competition dispute, trade secret litigation and consumer credit protection act. He is actively involved in every state of litigation including pretrial proceedings, discovery proceedings, motion practice, mediation and trial.

Harold Emelander was raised in Newaygo, Michigan. He received his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and his LLM in Taxation from University of Florida Law School. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Grand Valley State University. He was admitted to the Michigan Bar and Florida Bar in 2007.
