Mr. O'Callaghan has a broad range of experience, which includes assisting clients with the purchase and sale of real estate, drafting condominium documents, reviewing leases, negotiating development agreements, securing municipal approvals, and handling zoning appeals. He also advises municipal governments on various aspects of planning and zoning law and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
