Trevor L. Earl was admitted to practice in Virginia in 1994 and in Kentucky and in Indiana in 1997. He joined RWSV in 1998. Mr. Earl served as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Energy, Board of Contract Appeals from 1994-96, gaining significant experience working for the three federal administrative law judges assigned to decide cases under the Federal Contract Disputes Act. While at the Department of Energy, Mr. Earl also assisted in the revision of the Board of Contract Appeals Rules and Regulations of Practice.
Mr. Earl earned his J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law, College of William and Mary in 1994, Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. in history from George Mason University in 1991.
Mr. Earl currently focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation in the federal and state courts of Kentucky and Indiana and administrative law before various Kentucky state agencies, including the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals, the Kentucky Motor Vehicle Commission and the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
Mr. Earl is a member of the Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, and Louisville Bar Associations.
