Michelle Wagner Ebben is an attorney in the Land & Resources Practice Group in the firm's Milwaukee Office. Ms. Ebben represents clients in various commercial and residential real estate and development transactions, including the purchase, sale and leasing of property. She also has experience in construction lien law requirements; drafting and negotiating construction-related contracts; easements, license and rights-of-entry agreements; zoning and land use regulation; negotiating environmental insurance claims; and assisting in real estate and condemnation litigation.
