Prior to joining Dunlap Fiore LLC, Ms. Eccles was an associate in the tort litigation section of a large international law firm. Ms. Eccles litigated oilfield construction defect subrogation matters on behalf of insurance carriers and defended insurance carriers in casualty litigation. Thereafter, Ms. Eccles served as local counsel to a national real estate management firm, providing advice on leasing, property management, and compliance. Ms. Eccles is a partner at Dunlap Fiore LLC, and currently serves as a special assistant attorney general, advises state agencies and municipalities as general counsel, assists contractors with regulatory compliance and licensing concerns, and advises military contractors on contract novation requirements, name change procedures, and the submission of certified claims on military construction projects.
