Mr. Nigro is an associate with the firm, practicing primarily in the areas of complex and general commercial litigation, construction litigation and real estate law. Ben also has experience with admiralty, personal injury, medical malpractice and appellate claims. Ben graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the International and Comparative Law Review, received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, the Falk, Waas, Hernandez & Cortina, P.A. Scholarship and the CALI Honors Award in Federal Courts. Ben received his B.A. from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, where he graduated summa cum laude and received several scholarships and honors.
