Nix Law, P.A., aggressively represents fathers in family court throughout the Central Florida area.  Attorney Nix provides exemplary advice and vigorous litigation services to unwed fathers and fathers facing divorce.  Our mission is to provide service with empathy for the often disregarded plight of the father who only wants the right to play an equal or significant role in the life of his child.

Ever committed to assisting father’s seeking custody and/or visitation rights, Ms. Nix believes that the less combative the court process, the better for the family as a whole. As a certified Florida Supreme Court Family Law mediator, Ms. Nix is adept at reaching an agreement that serves the best interests of the father, and in turn, those of the children. Ms. Nix has seen what can befall children raised without a father’s influence during her time spent as a judicial intern for judges within the 9th Circuit Juvenile Division.
