Steve W. Nichols has been practicing law in Bakersfield, California since 1980.  Steve started law in the field of business law and litigation.  By 1986 he had transitioned into personal injury law.

Steve has had considerable success in trying cases and achieving significant settlements for his clients.  Steve prides himself on having his clients refer others to the firm as a result of their satisfaction with the results they have had.  Steve has a wide variety of experience in cases dealing with brain injury, wrongful death, railroad accidents, big rig trucking accidents, trip/slip and fall accidents, products liability as well as most other personal injury cases.

Steve is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Club which is reserved for attorneys with multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.  Steve has had a number of settlements and verdicts of well over a million dollars, with the highest being in excess of $33,000,000.  Steve is also a lifetime member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association of Justice (all exclusive for personal injury attorneys), the United States Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, State of California Bar and U.S. District Courts.

Steve graduated from Utah State University and received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Steve is married to Dayna Nichols and they have seven children.
