Bob has worked his entire career (35+ years) representing clients who have been injured as a result of someone else's being careless. The claims he has handled include medical malpractice, auto/truck/motorcycle claims, claims involving slip and falls as a result of snow/ice/poorly maintained property or premises, construction workers injured as a result of unsafe work places as well as personal injury cases resulting from someone else's doing or something they shouldn't do or failing to do something they should have done.

Bob has been recognized by "Super Lawyers" for his legal skills on behalf of victims of medical malpractice.  Bob has served as a lecturer/presenter at seminars and programs primarily in the area of his special interest of medical malpractice offered by the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Western New York Affiliate of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and New York Bar Association.

Bob has recovered verdicts and settlements in excess of a million dollars in cases involving auto and motorcycle accidents, construction accidents involving workers injured on construction sites, individuals injured as a result of highway defects, in addition to multiple medical malpractice claims involving failure to diagnose and treat, as well as surgical errors.

Bob has also served as the local representative for Bikers Against Manslaughter which provides lawyers nationwide to represent motorcyclists seriously injured while operating their motorcycles.
