Brittany Nicolli is an experienced criminal defense attorney, having worked for the Law Offices of Samuel J. Rabin, Jr. P.A. and for the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. She also clerked for the Honorable Judge Ronald C. Dresnick of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit . She has tried more than 40 criminal cases, ranging from DUIs to major crimes such as Drug Trafficking, Burglaries, and Aggravated Battery. Brittany is skilled in the Rules of Evidence, the Fourth Amendment, Cross-Examination and Discovery, Motion Practice, and DUI defense. She has attended numerous trainings and seminars in the areas of False Confessions, Fingerprints, DNA Evidence, Mitigation and Sentencing, Trial Skills, DUI Defense, and Appeals.
