Upon joining the Kridel Law Group as an Associate in the litigation department, Evelyn Nissirios has been focusing on Complex litigation, Tax litigation, Civil and Criminal law, Family law, Employment law, and Estate planning. Her prior work experience includes an internship with the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, working with the Pre-Trial Intervention Program, Domestic Violence Unit, and White Collar Crimes Unit. Upon graduating law school, she served as a legal clerk at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office Judiciary and Prosecutors Section. There she worked extensively with the Deputy Attorney General and Section Chief providing legal representation to the judiciary and County prosecutors in Federal and State trial court and administrative litigation, handling matters including employment litigation and civil rights claims.
Her educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School as part of an accelerated program and an undergraduate degree with a dual major in Economics and Philosophy from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey. She is a member of the American Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association.
Due to her fluency in the Greek language, Evelyn Nissirios has continued to serve a large portion of the Greek community in the State of New Jersey, primarily in Passaic, Morris, and Bergen Counties assisting clients with the preparation of their Estate Administration, Matrimonial and general litigation matters.
