Kimberly Nichols Glennon is a 2001 cum laude graduate of the University at Albany and a 2004 graduate of Albany Law School of Union University where she was on the Editorial Board of the Environmental Outlook Journal and participated in trial and appellate advocacy moot court competitions. While in law school Ms. Nichols clerked for an Administrative Law Judge in the New York State Division of Human Rights where she researched and drafted opinions in employment discrimination cases.
Ms. Nichols Glennon became a part of Dolin, Thomas & Solomon LLP in 2005 and has since gained experience in many areas in the realm of employment law. She has been involved with employment discrimination, employee benefits, breach of employment contracts, and wrongful discharge actions.
Ms. Nichols Glennon is a member of the American and New York Bar Associations, the Greater Rochester Area Women's Bar Association, and the Rochester Inns of Court.
