Mark A. Nialis and NIALIS LAW GROUP have received the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell which signifies adherence to the highest of legal and ethical standards and professional excellence.
Mr. Nialis obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology from Villanova University. Mr. Nialis then attended Pepperdine University School of Law, and in 1979 obtained his Juris Doctor degree. On November 29, 1979, Mr. Nialis was admitted as an attorney and counselor of law to practice in all courts of the State of California by the Supreme Court of the State of California.
Mr. Nialis commenced his legal career by becoming an associate attorney with a general practice law firm where he gained experience in a number of different areas of law. Mr. Nialis then formed a law firm partnership with various attorneys. Mr. Nialis has now formed NIALIS LAW GROUP, A Professional Law Corporation, with his wide range of experience in all major areas of real estate litigation, commercial litigation, tort litigation, construction defect litigation, title insurance litigation, professional broker negligence, business law and litigation, environmental litigation, especially under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), homeowners association, condominium law and Uniform Commercial Code litigation, automobile and premises liability and self-insured medical reinsurance litigation. Mr. Nialis also has experience in all aspects of appellate practice including writs.
Mr. Nialis conducts seminars to real estate and business professionals in various topic areas of concern. Many of Mr. Nialis’ seminars discuss mitigation and avoidance of liability exposure.
Mr. Nialis’ professional affiliations have included the California Bar Association, American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Nialis is admitted to practice in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Nialis has successfully handled superior court cases to conclusion, including trials and judicial arbitrations.
