Ms. Nitkin believes in the passionate pursuit of justice for all-------one case at a time, and her passion is what has earned her recognition on the Super Lawyers list in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.
For the past eighteen years she has practiced only criminal law. She has handled many high profile athletes, and high profile cases that have brought her national attention on Good Morning America, The Today Show, Court TV with Nancy Grace and the O'Reilly Factor along with many local nes stations. Ms. Nitkin has been specially recognized by her peers who have honored her by awarding her Fellow of the Maryland Bar, Litigation Counsel of America Trial Lawyers Honorary Assoc., Bar Leader of Montgomery County Bar Foundation to name a few and she is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys as well as The Maryland Criminal Defense Association.
