Tyson Nettles was born in Sumter, South Carolina on March 29, 1979. He graduated from the University of South Carolina (B.S., Civil Engineering, 2001) and from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) School of Law (J.D., 2004) where has was an Associate Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal and an extern to the Honorable David N. Norton.
He was admitted to the Mississippi bar in 2004 and South Carolina Bar and United States District Court, District of South Carolina in 2005. He is a member of the Charleston County, South Carolina, and American Bar Associations and serves on the Young Lawyer’s Divisions’ Professional Development Committee. His areas of practice include construction litigation, environmental claims, insurance law, toxic torts, civil and commercial litigation, and products liability.
