Nicolette, Sean F.

Ms. Nelson concentrates her practice in the areas of business, real estate, and agriculture. She has extensive experience in the seed industry and acts as counsel for many farmers and seed dealers. Ms. Nelson advised the Oregon Seed Association regarding the passage of the grass seed contract legislation in 2011 and currently serves as counsel for the Oregon Seed Association.

Before joining the firm in the fall of 2006, Ms. Nelson served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Business Transactions Section, General Counsel Division of the State of Oregon Department of Justice. Ms. Nelson began her legal career in England as a lawyer with Lindley Johnstone in Bristol.  Ms. Nelson moved to Ireland in 1996 where she practiced with leading Dublin law firm BCM Hanby Wallace (now Byrne Wallace) specializing in the business, real estate, and real property development.
