Nicolay, Harry J.

David A. Neiman is a trial lawyer whose practice is dedicated exclusively to representing victims and their families in personal injury and wrongful death matters including lawsuits arising out of airplane crashes, semi-truck and motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, and work injury and construction accidents.

Prior to joining Rapoport Law Offices, Mr. Neiman was an attorney at a leading insurance defense firm in Chicago, Illinois. There he defended matters for compensatory and punitive damages based on liability claims for construction injuries, professional negligence, premises liability, products liability, and auto and trucking collisions.

Mr. Neiman has long aspired to become an attorney representing the rights of victims and their families harmed by the negligence of others. Through his experiences as an attorney for insurance companies, Mr. Neiman acquired a special understanding of the defense perspective. This perspective, paired with Mr. Neiman's unmatched drive, compassion, and intelligence have made him an effective advocate for his clients.

Mr. Neiman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio in 2005 majoring in American Studies. He then attended law school at William and Mary School of Law and Northwestern University School of Law, ultimately earning a Juris Doctor degree in 2009.

Mr. Neiman is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He is also an active volunteer at Lambs Farm, a non-profit organization that serves adults with developmental disabilities, where he serves as a founding member of the Metropolitan Division to the Board.
