Nicolai, Paul Peter

Roger Neils, a native of St. Paul, Minnesota, attended Cretin High School, St. John's University and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 1967. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School cum laude in 1972.

Roger is a Real Property Specialist Certified by the Real Property Section of the Minnesota Bar Association. Roger moved to St. Cloud in 1973 to begin practicing with Thomas Murphy and Jim Hoolihan. Roger practices in the areas of Real Property Law, Construction Law, Commercial Law, Zoning Law, Wills and Probate.

Roger is a member of the Real Property Section Council, Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Sherburne County Planning Advisory Commission and has been a Director of the Central Minnesota Builder's Association, a member of the St. Cloud Lion's Club and St. Cloud Charter Commission.

In his spare time, Roger enjoys tending his land along the Mississippi River, golfing, fishing, hunting, sailing, visiting his children and his grandchildren in northeastern Wisconsin.
