Mr. Nichols focuses his practice on litigated and non-litigated business-to-business disputes such as breach of contract matters, loan enforcement actions, consumer lending disputes, construction matters, insurance disputes, real estate purchase contract and lease disputes, regulatory matters, business torts and professional liability matters. He has settled a variety of business-to-business contractual and intellectual property disputes and has drafted multiple commercial lease agreements. Mr. Nichols represents clients in a variety of industries, including commercial and retail real estate companies, real estate appraisal companies, banks and manufacturing companies.

Defended and secured dismissal of claims against property appraiser in bankruptcy adversary proceeding alleging mortgage fraud.
