Katherine grew up in Yorkshire and moved to London to train as a solicitor. She then moved up to Leicester in 2006 when she joined Harvey Ingram. Katherine was promoted to a Partner of the firm in 2010.
Katherine has a vast amount of experience in dealing with contentious probate and in particular undue influence and incapacity claims, Inheritance Act claims, breach of trustee duty disputes and proprietary estoppel claims.
Katherine is the captain of the Harvey Ingram netball team and is a keen supporter of Leicester Tigers RFC.
Education:
Katherine qualified in March 2000 after obtaining BA Hons in Law and French at the University of Lincoln and taking the LPC at the College of Law in York.
Katherine is a member of ACTAPS, the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists, and Vice-Chair of the Law Society Private Client Section Committee.
