Bill graduated with Highest Honors from Northeastern University in 1984, and received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Boston College in 1987. In addition to being admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Bill is admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Bill is a member of the Litigation Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
