Nguyen, Elaine V.

Frank joined the firm in 1990. He is one of the Senior Partners and is currently in charge of the Managing Attorneys. Even with his substantial responsibilities at the firm Frank services the community by acting as Town Justice for the Town of Cornwall.

Frank was admitted to the New York Bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1990. He attended Mount St. Mary's College and received his B.A. in 1978. He then went on to Long Island University and received his M.S. in 1983. He later attended the University of Bridgeport and received his J.D. in 1989. At Bridgeport he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Outstanding Legal Scholarship and Superior Classroom Performance.

Frank is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, skeet shooting and carpentry.
