Newman, Dianne R.

Dr. Rattan Nath's work encompasses electrical and biotechnology arts. His technical experience covers design of radio frequency devices, development of electrophoretic techniques, protein purification, modeling, molecular biology, and gene expression studies.

Rattan worked at Pennie & Edmonds from 2001 through 2003 and has prosecuted patent applications relating to silica-based materials, fabrication, and design of GaAs integrated circuits; wireless technology, networking, operating systems, electrical power technology, and applications of nuclear magnetic resonance technology; and laminated fabrics, laboratory and medical instrumentation, drug discovery, DNA vectors for delivering genes, and offset printing technology.

He has also participated in litigation associated with browser technology and due diligence studies and in opinion work relating to coaxial cables, operating systems, electronic games, and home networking.
