Mr. Myers is a litigation associate whose practice emphasis is transportation litigation and general liability. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Myers was an associate with Schmit Law Office and focused on workers' compensation and insurance defense. Mr. Myers also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Ernest Goldsmith at the San Francisco Superior Court. During law school, Mr. Myers was a law clerk with the Alameda County District Attorney's Office. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a BA in Legal Studies and received his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Myers worked as a congressional aide to Congressman Tom Lantos and as a legislation specialist for a national trade association.
