Mr. Neider’s primary area of practice is in construction and development litigation. He represents owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors litigating claims of construction defects, total project costs, delays including critical path analysis, lost productivity, as well as bond and lien claims arising from the construction and development of single family luxury homes, multifamily housing projects, commercial construction and public works. Mr. Neider also practices in condominium and community association law having represented master or umbrella associations, homeowners associations, condominium associations, developers and owners in formulating regimes, drafting declarations and litigating disputes arising out of the development, operation or governance of a community association. The remainder of Mr. Neider’s practice focuses on representation of clients in complex commercial litigation involving matters of insurance coverage, commercial development, intellectual property, unfair trade practices and breach of employment or shareholder agreements.
Mr. Neider's accomplishments include graduating Order of St. Ives from the University of Denver Law School, member of the University of Denver Law Review, intern clerkship with Senior Federal District Court Judge John L. Kane, graduation speaker and trial practice graduate of the Nation Institute of Trial Advocacy.
