I received my Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University and was an editor on the Santa Clara Law Review. I am a member of the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  I am experienced in all levels of the appeals process from initial applications to actions in federal court.

Navigating the appeals process for disability benefits can be tiresome and challenging for individuals who are new to the system and unfamiliar with its rules. Often times, individuals are barely able to take care of their health and basic needs, let alone compile the necessary evidence to prove their disability to Social Security. 

No one plans to be disabled. I often hear our clients say that if they could be working, they would be.
