For more than 30 years, Mr. Myers has represented local and national companies in complex business litigation, arbitrations and mediations. He has extensive experience in insurance, real estate, and contract claims. He has served as lead counsel in many major commercial cases, including insurance coverage claims, commercial lease disputes, contract cases, and fraud claims.
Most of Mr. Myers current practice is devoted to insurance coverage matters, including domestic and London insurance claims. He has been chief counsel in multiple negotiations in London on behalf of policyholders, and has obtained substantial recoveries from London insurers.
Mr. Myers is a partner of the firm’s Insurance Department. He serves as Chair of the firm’s Professional Responsibility Committee and Deputy General Counsel for the firm. He has also served as Director of the firm’s Business Litigation Department.
