Victor J. Musleh Jr. was born and raised in Ocala, Florida. He received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida in 1990 and his Law Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1993. He has been a member of the Florida Bar and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida since 1994.
His professional memberships also include the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Workers' Compensation and Trial Lawyers sections of the Florida Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Florida Workers Advocate, Marion County Bar Association and charter member of the D. R. Smith Chapter - American Inns of Court.
Victor has litigated cases in most of the Courts in this state including U.S. Federal District Court, Circuit Court and County Court. He has had the privilege of arguing cases before the First and Fifth District Courts of Appeal. Additionally, Victor has litigated cases on behalf of injured workers before many of the Judges of Compensation Claims throughout Central and North Florida.
Victor has been invited to lecture on the topics of personal injury and workers' compensation on behalf of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, The Florida Bar and The National Business Institute.
