Nardi, Joseph M.

Timothy P. Murphy concentrates his practice in the area of Criminal Appeals, handling matters at both the state and federal level.

Mr. Murphy has extensive experience, having argued over one-hundred fifty appeals throughout his career. He has successfully argued cases before the Appellate Division and the New York State Court of Appeals.

Mr. Murphy currently serves as a Town Justice in the Town of Pendleton. He is a former Niagara County prosecutor, where he conducted grand jury investigations and felony trials. As a Niagara County prosecutor, Mr. Murphy specialized in handling complex white collar and environmental prosecutions, as well as appeals. He was also a member of the US Attorney's Office Environmental Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee.

Mr. Murphy has also served as an appeals attorney for the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo and as a private practitioner. He has represented appellants in the counties of Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Orleans, Steuben, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Allegany, and Monroe.
