Chris's practice emphasizes real estate and real estate finance for public, nonprofit and private clients including purchasers, sellers, owners, developers, borrowers, lenders, tenants and property managers in joint ventures and transactions involving industrial, retail, office, multi-family, condominiums, and mixed-use projects. He has experience and familiarity with a broad range of real estate and land use matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, land use, zoning and entity structuring. Chris's leasing experience includes office, industrial, retail and restaurant leasing, subleasing and advising on day-to-day property management issues.
