Pamela A. Mulligan is an associate with the firm. She concentrates her practice in litigation including bankruptcy, creditors' rights, consumer fraud, and general business matters.
Ms. Mulligan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University in 1989, majoring in Television, Radio, and Film Management at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and in Political Science at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She was inducted into the Order of Omega, the National Greek Honorary Society, and Alpha Epsilon Rho, the National Broadcasting Honor Society. She earned her Master of Arts degree in Corporate and Public Communications with a concentration in Business Administration from Seton Hall University in 2001 and her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006.
Ms. Mulligan served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Patricia Richmond of the New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Mulligan was a sales and marketing executive. She has seventeen plus years of sales and marketing leadership experience working with clients including publishers, direct marketers, and media/entertainment companies.
Ms. Mulligan is active in the Burlington County Bar Association serving as Young Lawyer Trustee (2009-2011), as Co-chair of the Young Lawyers Committee (2009-2011), as Trustee (2011-2014), and as Chair of the Debtor/Creditor/Bankruptcy Section (2011-present). She was awarded the Robert W. Criscuolo Award in 2011 by the Burlington County Bar Association for service to the Bar Association and the community. Ms. Mulligan is also a member of the Mercer County Bar Association where she serves on the Women Lawyers Committee. Ms. Mulligan is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association and is a Barrister with the Bankruptcy Inns of Court. She is President of the Central New Jersey Syracuse University Alumni Club and is an Alumni Admissions Representative for Syracuse University. Ms. Mulligan also serves on the Seton Hall University School of Law Alumni Council. She is also a member of the Junior League of Greater Princeton and has served as Co-chair of the Kids in the Kitchen Project (2010-2011), Transfer Chair (2011-2012), and currently serves as a member advisor.
Ms. Mulligan is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2007), the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (2007), and the United States Supreme Court (2011).
Ms. Mulligan was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
