Practice
Mr. Muller's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, primarily intellectual property and patent litigation. His cases over the past four years have involved computer hardware and software, integrated circuit design and fabrication, computer operating systems, pharmaceuticals, industrial machines, and medical equipment. Mr. Muller's most recent trial concerned bar code scanners.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Muller clerked for the Honorable Fred I. Parker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Previously, Mr. Muller served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, New York.
