Neil M. Mullins - Practice areas: Family Law, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation. Neil earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Oklahoma (J.D. 1988). He attended Buffalo State College where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, Cum laude, in 1985. Neil clerked for the late, Honorable John B. Doolin, Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court from 1987 to 1988. Neil is a member of the Clark County and American Bar Associations (Sections on Litigation and Family Law; the State Bar of Nevada (where he is a Court Appointed Arbitrator); he is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association.
Neil was born in Hudson, New York on December 31, 1962 and his hobbies and interests include; Golf, Politics, and he is an avid reader of history.
Upon graduation from law school in 1988 and ceasing his Clerkship with Chief Justice Doolin, he passed the Nevada Bar in 1988 and was admitted to the Nevada Bar, the US District Court in Southern Nevada, the District of Nevada and the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He practiced in an insurance defense firm for 2 ½ years before initiating and starting Mullins Law Firm in December of 1990.
