I spent the first 11 years of my career as a county prosecutor in Chicago, IL. I then became general counsel for a securities and commodities trading firm. In addition to those duties I also developed an extensive and diverse commercial litigation practice encompassing all types of business, e.g. real estate development, banking, small business, etc. My brother Michael and I formed Muldoon and Muldoon in November 2001. Since then we have developed our practice to include securities and commodities investment fraud, white collar crime, commercial litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice.
