Brian Mulcahy practices in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.

Brian has represented private equity funds in leveraged buyout transactions and counsels many of their portfolio companies on matters of general corporate law. He also has significant experience representing strategic buyers and sellers in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. These clients include Cardno Limited, Duchossois Industries, FTD, Resilience Capital Partners, The Riverside Company, RoundTable Healthcare Partners, and Xcel Energy.

Brian serves on the associate boards of Literacy Chicago and NorthShore Health Systems. He is a member of The Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
