Danielle M. Mulcahey is one of the founding members of Wright & Reihner. Ms. Mulcahey graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1992 with a summa cum laude Bachelor of Arts degree. She obtained her law degree cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in 1995. While at Duquesne, Ms. Mulcahey was a member of the Duquesne Law Review, where she served as the Associate Articles Editor and had two articles published: Casenote: Duquesne Law Review, Vol. 32, 1SS 3; Comment: Duquesne Law Review, Vol. 33, 1SS 4. In addition, from 1994 to 1995, she served as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant to the now Honorable Maureen E. Lally-Green of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Mulcahey practiced in the area of employment law and commercial litigation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before she moved to Scranton, Pennsylvania . In 1996, she joined Joseph T. Wright, Jr. in the firm of Wright & Associates and later co-founded Wright & Reihner, where she practices gaming law, employment law, civil rights, commercial litigation, personal injury and general civil litigation in federal and state courts within Pennsylvania. Ms. Mulcahey has represented an applicant for a casino license in Pennsylvania in the areas of casino and gaming operations, including license applications, compliance and operations.
Ms. Mulcahey has trial and appellate experience, having appeared before the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She has also appeared before numerous courts in Pennsylvania and numerous governmental agencies, including the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Mulcahey is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
