Murray, Sarah E.

Shaun K. Muaina joined Henness & Haight as an attorney in October 2012. Shaun was born in Provo, Utah, raised in Henderson, Nevada, and is a graduate of Basic High School. He attended Brigham Young University on an athletic and academic scholarship where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a Family Life minor. During his undergraduate studies, Shaun spent two years living in Argentina where he provided charitable and humanitarian service to the Argentine people.

Upon graduation from BYU, he returned to Nevada and earned his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law in May 2012. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kent J. Dawson in the United States District Court and was published in the Nevada Gaming Lawyer magazine. Most importantly, Shaun was fortunate enough to receive a law clerk position with Henness & Haight following his second year of law school. He gained priceless experience regarding the importance of the civil justice system and a love for helping people in need of good, honest representation. Following graduation from law school and successful completion of the Nevada Bar Exam, Shaun was offered an associate position with Henness & Haight.

Shaun’s practice includes all aspects of personal injury, including but not limited to, automobile collisions, premises liability, products liability, and worker’s compensation. He is admitted to practice in all Nevada courts and is a member of the Nevada Justice Association.

In his spare time, Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as playing volleyball, basketball and football. He is also fluent in the Spanish language.
