Mr. Mueller has a diverse practice in complex litigation and risk avoidance counseling for a variety of clients in the education, healthcare, construction, manufacturing and retail industries. He has first-chair experience before agencies, state and federal courts across the country on behalf of small, privately-held companies, and well as large, public, multi-national companies in a variety of claims involving: corporate agreements, contract/warranty, product liability, employment/labor, insurance coverage, personal injury/wrongful death, unfair competition, and trademark/patents. Mr. Mueller has significant experience in counseling and litigating all aspects of electronic discovery. Mr. Mueller is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, however, he routinely handles litigation across the United States. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mueller was a litigator with Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia.

Before law school, Mr. Mueller served on active duty as an Infantry/Light Armored Reconnaissance Officer in the United States Marine Corps, was awarded two Navy-Marine Corps Achievement medals, and was honorably discharged at the rank of Captain after five years of service. At Penn, Mr. Mueller was a member of the NCAA Division I varsity crew team and the NROTC scholarship program. Mr. Mueller currently serves as a member of the Secondary School Committee for the University of Pennsylvania and is on the Board of Directors (President-Elect) for the Milton Hershey School Alumni Association. He also is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Product Liability, and the Defense Research Institute’s Trial Tactics Committee.
