Ryann Muir is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2008.
Practice
Dr. Muir's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. She has worked on patent cases in a variety of technical areas, including medical and pharmaceutical drug technology.
During her graduate studies, Dr. Muir researched problems of interest to the pharmaceutical industry, including elucidation of a genetic and biosynthetic pathway for a small molecule involved in the inhibition of a fungal toxin. Her approach was multidisciplinary, spanning fields of biology, biochemistry and genetics.
