Murray, James L.

Wayne L. Mowery Jr. is a cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He graduated magna cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law where he was a member of the Order of Woolsack Honor Society. While in law school, Mr. Mowery served as Editor in Chief of The Dickinson Law Review. Mr. Mowery was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1997.
