Trisha Mowbray's practice is focused on general commercial real estate, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and management of real estate assets for the Firm's Fortune 500 clients. She also has experience in capital markets and real estate joint ventures as well as in the representation of real estate funds, institutional investors, and private and public companies with real estate investments. In addition, Trisha has been active in representing clients such as OGE Energy Corp. in connection with their engineering, procurement, and construction of wind energy projects. She also has assisted clients involved in developing public-private partnerships with states and municipalities for the operation of major infrastructure assets in the U.S., such as tollways, bridges, and parking systems. Trisha regularly works with clients such as CalEast Industrial Investors, CB Richard Ellis, LaSalle Investment Management, Navistar, Orion Capital Managers, and R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company.

Prior to attending law school, Trisha served as assistant public information officer for New Hanover County, North Carolina, acting as a liaison between local media outlets and the county government. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and The Chicago Bar Association.
