Co-Chair, Business & Tax Group; Shareholder, Trusts & Estates Group. Mr. Moustakas counsels corporate and individual clients on a variety of legal matters including real estate/business acquisitions and sales, estate planning and administration, and taxation and business transactional law.

In addition to representing corporations and individuals, Mr. Moustakas also represents physicians, physician groups and hospitals on a variety of matters as well as community and homeowners associations.

Prior to embarking on his legal career, he cultivated extensive business experience operating a family-owned restaurant in Philadelphia. Mr. Moustakas' business experience, coupled with his legal knowledge, allows him to effectively represent his clients.

Mr. Moustakas frequently speaks at seminars regarding corporate and estate planning and has been featured in New Jersey Super Lawyers and The Super Lawyers Blog.
