Mr. Moster has been practicing in the area of business law for over 26 years and has represented clients across the country including startup businesses, small to large size companies including Fortune 500 corporations, and government entities. He is a graduate of Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, PA. (1984) and holds a Masters Degree from San Diego State University (1979) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. (1977). He has been conferred the "AV" "Preeminent" attorney rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest level of achievement granted to attorneys nationwide for legal excellence and the highest ethical standards of practice (5 out of 5 possible score). He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Moster has been conferred the honorary title as a "Fellow" of the Texas Bar Foundation. Each year, the top 1/3 of 1% of Texas attorneys are invited to become Fellows (or members) of the Texas Bar Foundation. Election to the Fellows is one of the highest honors that can be bestowed upon a member of the State Bar of Texas. Nomination is based on outstanding contributions to the legal profession as well as a commitment to the community. Once nominees are selected, each nominee must be elected by the Texas Bar Foundation Board of Trustees. Membership in the Fellows is restricted to Texas attorneys.
Mr. Moster was also nominated and selected as a "Fellow" of the Litigation Counsel of America. This is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective, by invitation only, and based upon the effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
Mr. Moster is also a member of the following sections of the Texas State Bar: Business Law, Computer Law, and Bankruptcy.
He is also highly regarded as a litigator having served as counsel to the United States Department of Commerce and a Partner in the Washington, D.C. Law Firm of Deckelbaum & Ogens.
