Robert A. Mosier, managing partner of Hodes Milman Liebeck Mosier, LLP's Arizona office, represents plaintiffs in a variety of personal injury and medical malpractice matters. Prior to joining the firm, Rob was an attorney at a prestigious medical malpractice defense firm where he defended physicians, hospitals and nursing homes accused of malpractice. He then left the defense practice to focus on representing victims of medical malpractice including victims of brain and birth injury, nursing home abuse, catastrophic personal injury as well as wrongful death, and has tried numerous cases in these areas.
