Eric Mouchette is an associate in the firm's New York office who specializes in complex commercial litigation. He has gained experience in class action litigation, contractual disputes, securities litigation, environmental litigation, adversary proceedings, employment disputes and intellectual property issues.
In 2006, Mr. Mouchette graduated from St. John's University, where he received his bachelor of science degree, magna cum laude, in legal studies. He received his juris doctor degree in 2009 from Fordham University School of Law. At Fordham, he was an Associate Editor of the Intellectual Property, Entertainment, & Media Law Journal and served as a litigation intern for Bristol-Myers Squibb. He was also the recipient of the Dean's Special Achievement Award and the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
Mr. Mouchette is a member of the New York County Lawyers' Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Council of Urban Professionals. He is admitted to practice in New York, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
